Our Relationship Managers will match top talent with your business needs by providing:

  1. Pre-employment screening which includes both professional development and/or industry specific training for all job seekers prior to being put forward to any job;
  2. Access to information and advice relating to workplace solutions that provide high quality accessible experiences for your workforce;
  3. Continuous one on one support for the employer and employee during the first 12 months of employment by the Be. Employed team;
  4. Continuous one on one support for the employee during the first 12 months of employment by an external mentor (provided by Be.);
  5. Provide advice on short term subsidies to support your investment in your new employee.
