The Programme & The Role

As our next Programme Manager, you'll be responsible for one of our most exciting, growing and innovative projects! The Be. Welcome Programme means you'll be working with businesses, companies and organisations such as BNZ, Auckland Airport, Auckland Museum, Southern Cross and ACC, to collectively improve and evolve their physical environment, online presence and culture with accessibility at its core.

You'll ensure that our facilitators and coaches are armed with the right systems, processes and information to ensure the best outcomes for our partners, and those needing access, across New Zealand.

You will be regarded as the go to expert on this programme, which will encompass:

  • Ensuring the day to day operations are robust, accurate and sustainable for our contractors, partners and internal stakeholders
  • Continuous improvement of our systems, processes and quality assurance
  • Data integrity and management
  • Drawing on client and team feedback to scale and grow our programme
  • Ensuring that the project methodology and approach is well communicated and works within a disciplined framework and timelines, a great understanding of the project lifecycle will be essential
  • Maintaining relationships with our facilitators, external stakeholders and our partners, you are a true people person confident in communicating at all levels

About You

We envisage that your background stems from Programme / Project Management You know how to scale programmes up, evaluate and wash these up, and everything else along the way.

You have a keen eye for detail as well as high level of accuracy, you leave no challenge unturned and ensure that your programme runs as smoothly as is possible. You are extremely organised, can multi-task and utilise those communications skills, to get buy-in throughout the programme's lifecycle.

You will be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and are a natural problem solver who can think outside the box yet approach the solution with structure, rigour and validation. You value and relish quality relationships to ensure that you will become the trusted advisor, at all levels.
